Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for services provided by Fusion Minds Technologies Private Limited("Company"). This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

3. Custom Software Development Services

3.1 Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel before the project has commenced (i.e., before any development work has begun), you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made, minus a 5% processing fee.

3.2 During Development

Once development has commenced, refunds are calculated based on work completed:

  • 0–25% completed: 60% refund of total project value
  • 25–50% completed: 40% refund of total project value
  • 50–75% completed: 20% refund of total project value
  • 75%+ completed: No refund; all deliverables handed over

Completion percentages are determined by milestones defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

3.3 After Delivery

Post-delivery, refunds are not applicable. If delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the SOW, we will remediate at no additional cost within a 30-day warranty period.

4. SaaS Products & Subscriptions

For our SaaS products (Geodify, Dyer.md, en3.money, Binots):

  • Free tiers: No payment, no refund applicable
  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund for unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days. No refund after 30 days.

5. Consultation & Advisory Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session are fully refundable
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

6. Event Ticketing & Entry Management (en3 Platform)

  • Refund policies for events managed through the en3 platform are set by the event organizer
  • Platform processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be directed to the respective event organizer

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Invoice or transaction reference number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • For bank transfers, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect
  • All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)

9. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services were delivered as per the agreed SOW and accepted by the client
  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide required information or approvals
  • Third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the client (hosting, licenses, etc.)
  • Breach of Terms and Conditions by the client

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our senior management by writing to operationsteam@fusionminds.co.in with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
