How We Work

Fusion Minds Technologies Private Limited builds custom software for government, enterprise and startup clients, and runs its own SaaS products. This page explains how an engagement works, from the first message to support after delivery.

1. Engagement Models

1.1 Custom Software Development

Custom development, digital transformation, payment orchestration, live streaming infrastructure and AI/ML projects. Every engagement is defined in a written service agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that sets out the scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines and cost.

1.2 Consultation & Advisory

Scheduled consultation sessions. Sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before they start.

1.3 SaaS Products

Our own products, Geodify, Dyer.md, Binots and en3.money, are offered as subscriptions. Depending on the product, there are free tiers, monthly plans and annual plans. Each product's own website has its current plans.

2. Our Process

• Brief: Tell us what you need through the contact form, by email or by phone. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
• Scope & SOW: We agree the scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost in a written SOW.
• Build: Development runs against the milestones in the SOW, and progress is measured by those milestones.
• Delivery & acceptance: We hand over the deliverables for you to accept against the SOW.
• Warranty: If delivered work does not meet the SOW, we fix it at no additional cost within a 30-day warranty period.

3. Pricing

We charge fairly, and every custom project is quoted individually in its SOW. There is no one-size-fits-all rate card. To get a quote, send us a brief.

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• GST is charged at prevailing rates
• Payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways
• Payment schedules are set in each service agreement

4. Ownership of Deliverables

Unless the service agreement says otherwise, once the project is paid in full the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered software. See our Terms & Conditions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds for custom projects depend on how much of the work is complete, measured by SOW milestones. SaaS subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
